This video will show you how to approve/decline new members that fill out the inquiry form on the website. You can also edit the automated emails that are sent to members once they are approved/declined.

Process Summary
- Non-member/User fills out inquiry form on website and submits; email notification sent to CC team
- User Inquiry form info is sent to Airtable ‘Webflow Inquiry Form’
- CC team to manually accept or decline member application in Airtable under ‘status’ column
- If approved, new user is sent an automated email with a link to create account & password. Their info is then added to Memberstack platform.
- If declined, new user is sent an automated email informing them of their status
