This video will show you how to approve/decline new members that fill out the inquiry form on the website. You can also edit the automated emails that are sent to members once they are approved/declined.

Process Summary

  1. Non-member/User fills out inquiry form on website and submits; email notification sent to CC team
  2. User Inquiry form info is sent to Airtable ‘Webflow Inquiry Form’
  3. CC team to manually accept or decline member application in Airtable under ‘status’ column
    1. If approved, new user is sent an automated email with a link to create account & password. Their info is then added to Memberstack platform.
    2. If declined, new user is sent an automated email informing them of their status
